I have actually thought of that a few times whilst reading your blogs and contributions to fishingfury.
Would be fun! never been fishing up there…
and likewise… if you pass through (Kinki) Kansai, drop us a line… (no pun intended!)

Chris, I will do if/when I end up in your part of Japan. Those Akashi octopus look good!
I’ve a Tokyo Bay charter lined up for Spring time: fishing for whiting (shirogisu) with tempura made on board for lunch by the skipper. Please join us then if you can.
